Product introduction:titanium dioxide anatase A102 used in Masterbatch is made by sulfuric acid process with surface treated,the product has high purity,uniform small particles, excellent optical character,high refractive power.
Product Description:
A102 for Masterbatch is anatase titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulphate process. It is
coated with SiO2& Al2O3 and low level special organic surface treatment, which has excellent
pigment properties with superfine particle size, good whiteness, blue undertone, strong tinting
strength and hiding power,low volatile content. It also has excellent powder dry-flow ability and good
processability to make it easy toscatter in plastic & rubber. A102 can improve the thermal resistance
and yellowing resistance of the plasticproducts, better its mechanical properties and at the same
timeprevent thepenetration of the UV to increaseits light resistance, durability and chalk resistance.
It is used in the production of paint colorful,transparent,coating thin,hydrophobic chemical stability
and heat resistance.
Applications:
Anatase titanium dioxide pigment A102 is exclusive use for Masterbatch, mainly applied in a broad
range of plastics ( PVC, flexible PVC, PE, PS and PU,etc.), masterbatch , polyolefin thin film, ABS
engineering plastics, also be available in rubber, printing ink and leather color paste.
